Put AI in front of customers without losing control of what it says

Palera governs AI agents with policy checks on the conversations you choose, a kill switch and manager review of the scores you select. The objection to deploying AI is almost never capability. The objection is accountability: what happens when an AI agent promises something you cannot honor, says something a regulator will not accept, or starts drifting at two in the morning.

Policy checks

Rules applied to the AI agent conversations you choose, per campaign and per client. Required disclosures, prohibited claims, consent language, and the things your compliance team already writes down but has no way to enforce in real time.

Every promise on the record

The price quoted, the date given, the remedy offered: every promise is in the conversation or the transcribed call. So when a customer says "you told me," there is a record of exactly what was said and by which agent, and your AI can pull it through the MCP server.

Kill switch

Pull a misbehaving agent off the floor mid-shift. Its conversations route to people, the record stays intact, and nothing is lost in the handover.

Human in the loop

Every agent graded on the same standard

Your AI QA agent or your managers score the conversations you choose. A manager can update any QA review and send it back to the model, and the approval is recorded. Palera sends each conversation and the rubric you set in Palera to your AI agents as a real-time feed, so every agent grades on the same company-wide standard. You can show an auditor who approved what and when.

How grading works →

  1. ScoredThe conversations you choose, by your AI QA agent or your managers, against your rubric.
  2. ReviewedA manager reads the score and the conversation behind it.
  3. Overridden where neededThe human number replaces the machine number.
  4. RecordedThe approval is logged before an updated review is sent back to the model.

Your own instance

Every client's data is segmented and runs in its own separate instance. Call recording retention is configured per client. Ask us for the current documentation pack.

Regulated outbound

Controls where the regulation puts them

Palera applies outbound compliance controls to the customer's record, across every channel at once.

  • Attempt limits and calling windows applied per campaign
  • Consent state tracked on the record, not in a side system
  • Do-not-call handling across every channel at once
  • Required disclosures placed in the flow rather than left to the agent
  • Opt-outs that apply to the customer, not just the channel they used

Why one record matters here

An opt-out on SMS that does not reach the dialer is a violation waiting to happen. When every channel writes to one record, the customer's state is one fact, and the controls apply to the customer rather than to each system separately.

Governing AI access to the record

Letting an AI agent read your conversations is an act you control

In Palera, an AI agent can read your conversations only through access you grant, scoped per client, campaign, channel and field, with nothing reachable by default. The Palera MCP server exists so a client can point their own AI at your data without anyone exporting a database.

How the MCP server works →

  • You and your clients choose the AI agents and set their data terms
  • Recordings served on short-lived links, never as files
  • Every pull logged: which agent, what it asked, what came back
  • Any MCP-compatible agent connects without a custom integration
Security and compliance

Audited, compliant and recognized. Every client's data is segmented and runs in its own separate instance.
